The leather
Is it really 100% genuine leather?
Yes, outside and lining both, on everything we sell. We do not stock bonded leather or PU coated split at all. Where something has a pattern pressed into it, a lizard grain, a croc band, an ostrich grain, that pattern is embossed into real cowhide, and we put that in writing on the listing rather than let anyone assume it is exotic skin.
What is kid cow leather?
Hide from a young cow. Finer grain, softer, more supple than mature cowhide, and still hard wearing. Our jumbo trifold and the red stitch bifold are both made from it, and you can feel the difference the moment you pick one up.
Will it scratch?
Smooth finishes pick up light surface marks, which mostly buff out with a cloth and otherwise settle into the patina. Textured finishes like the lizard grain and the pebble grain hide marks much better. Worth thinking about if your keys live in the same pocket.
The colour looks a bit different from the photos
Two reasons, and both are normal. Screens render colour differently from one phone to the next, and natural leather varies from hide to hide. A slight difference in tone is the material, not a defect.
Which one to buy, for men
I cannot decide. What do most people get?
The slim bifold. Plain black, no hardware, does cards and cash properly and goes flat in a front pocket. If you are buying a gift and you are not sure of the person's taste, get that one.
I barely carry cash
A card holder. The slim card holder is landscape with an ID window. The pebble grain one is portrait, a little smaller, and the least expensive thing we make.
My wallet never stays closed
The tab close bifold, or the grain version which adds a zipped coin pocket and a centre flap.
I carry a lot of cards
The centre flap bifold. The extra flap doubles the slots without making the wallet wider.
I need somewhere for coins
Three have a zipped coin pocket: the jumbo trifold, the grain tab bifold and the tan jumbo.
I want something that is not plain black
The lizard grain bifold, the tan bifold, the tan jumbo, or the black one with red stitching if you want it subtle.
Which one to buy, for women
There are five. Which is which?
The long wallet has a tab that folds over the top edge. The flap wallet snaps shut across the front and is the plainest of them. The buffalo grain clutch and the red clutch are the same size and both carry a croc embossed band and a magnetic snap, one in textured reddish brown, one in smooth red. The envelope wallet is the organiser, with a full length zip, a column of card slots and a pen loop.
Which one holds the most?
The two clutches, both 20.3 x 11.4 cm. The red one has two note partitions and will take a phone in the back section.
I want everything in its own place
The envelope wallet. Zip down the middle, notes either side of it, card column, ID window, a small flap pocket and a pen loop.
Do you make bags?
Five so far, and the orange and black handbag is the piece we are proudest of. It has twin handles, a detachable shoulder strap, three zipped compartments and a pink lining.
How do I know something will fit what I carry?
Almost every wallet listing states the exact size in centimetres and inches. Where a piece is not measured yet, the listing says so plainly instead of guessing. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will measure it for you.
Delivery and payment
How much is delivery?
Nothing. Free to every address in Pakistan with no minimum order.
How long does it take?
Two to three working days in Karachi. Three to four in Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and the other big cities. Four to six everywhere else. We hand it to the courier within one to two working days of confirming the order.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, anywhere in Pakistan. Open the parcel and check it in front of the rider before you hand over the money. We also take bank transfer and Raast, debit and credit cards, and JazzCash or Easypaisa.
Do you ship abroad?
Not at the moment. Email us if you are outside Pakistan and we will see what can be arranged.
If something is wrong
What if I change my mind?
You can exchange it or take store credit within seven days of delivery, as long as it is unused and still has its packaging and tags. Cash refunds are for items that turn up faulty, damaged or wrong. Full detail on the exchange and returns page.
Who pays the return postage?
We do if the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. If you have simply changed your mind, it is at your cost.
