Is it really 100% genuine leather?

Yes. Every product we sell is genuine leather — not bonded, not PU-coated split. Where a piece has an embossed croc or ostrich texture, that texture is pressed into real leather, and we say so in the listing.

How much is delivery?

Nothing. Delivery is free to every address in Pakistan, with no minimum order value.

How long will my order take?

2–3 working days in Karachi, 3–4 in Lahore, Islamabad and other major cities, 4–6 elsewhere in Pakistan. We dispatch within 1–2 working days of confirming your order.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, across Pakistan. We also accept bank transfer / IBFT, debit and credit cards, and JazzCash / Easypaisa.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

You can exchange it or take store credit within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused with its packaging and tags. Cash refunds are for items that arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect. Full detail is on our Exchange & Returns page.

The colour looks slightly different from the photo

Two things cause this. Screens render colour differently from one device to the next, and natural leather varies from hide to hide. We photograph every product under consistent studio lighting to get as close as we can, but a small difference in tone is normal and is not a fault.

How do I know it'll fit my cards and notes?

Every listing includes a photograph with a tape measure against the product, plus approximate dimensions in the Details section. All our long wallets take PKR notes flat, without folding.

Will the leather scratch?

Smooth-finish leather can pick up light surface marks, which usually buff out with a soft cloth and settle into the patina. Pebbled and embossed finishes hide marks better — worth considering if you carry keys in the same bag.
