1. About us
AQS Prime Store sells genuine leather wallets and handbags. We operate from House # 250, Sector 4F, Karachi 75760, Pakistan. Reach us at aqshah@aqsprimestore.com or 021-2890016.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe every product as accurately as we can and photograph it in controlled studio lighting. Because our goods are made from natural leather, colour, grain and markings vary from piece to piece, and screens render colour differently. Stated dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly with hand-finishing.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer / IBFT, debit and credit cards, and JazzCash / Easypaisa. For bank transfer and wallet payments, your order is dispatched once payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund.
4. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, the address cannot be served, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
5. Delivery
Delivery terms are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Estimated delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed, and can be affected by courier delays, weather or public holidays.
6. Exchange and returns
Your rights to exchange, store credit and refund are set out on our Exchange & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
All product photography, text and branding on this site belongs to AQS Prime Store and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time you place your order is the version that applies.
