A tracking number reaches you by email or SMS as soon as we hand the parcel to the courier. Two to three working days in Karachi, three to four in the other big cities, four to six elsewhere. Shipping details.
I want to swap something
Message us within seven days of it arriving, with your order number and a photo. How exchanges work.
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Every address in Pakistan, no minimum order, nothing added at checkout.
Can I pay cash?
Yes, anywhere in Pakistan. Have the exact amount ready and open the parcel in front of the rider before you pay.
Which wallet should I get?
Tell us what you carry and we will tell you which one fits. There is a short guide in the FAQ as well.
Do you ship abroad?
Not yet. Email us if you are outside Pakistan and we will see what can be arranged.
