Delivery is free, everywhere in Pakistan

Every order, any address, no minimum spend and no handling charge added at the end. What the product page says is what you pay.

Open it before you pay

If you are paying cash, open the parcel and check the wallet in front of the rider before you hand over the money. Parcel khol kar check karein, phir payment karein.

We would rather you looked at it there and then. If something is wrong you find out at the door instead of after he has gone, and refusing the delivery is far simpler than arranging a return.

One thing worth having ready: the exact amount. Riders often cannot make change.

How long it takes

Karachi: 2 to 3 working days
Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and other major cities: 3 to 4 working days
Everywhere else in Pakistan: 4 to 6 working days

We hand parcels to the courier within one to two working days of confirming an order. Anything placed on a Sunday or a public holiday gets processed the next working day.

Tracking

A confirmation email goes out as soon as you order. The tracking number follows by email or SMS once the parcel is actually with the courier, not before, so the link works when you click it.

When it goes wrong

Nobody home when the rider came. He tries again the next working day. After two failed attempts the parcel comes back to us and we will call you to sort it out.

The parcel looks damaged. Refuse it at the door if you can. If you have already taken it, photograph it straight away and email us the same day.

The rider will not let you open it. Some courier staff push back on this even though we ask them not to. Do not argue with him. Take the parcel, open it, and if anything is wrong message us on WhatsApp the same day with a photo. We will sort it out.

You gave the wrong address. Tell us within two hours of ordering and we can fix it before dispatch. After that it is with the courier and it gets harder.
