Free delivery, everywhere in Pakistan
Every order ships free of charge to any address in Pakistan. No minimum spend, no hidden handling fee — the price you see is the price you pay.
How long it takes
- Karachi: 2–3 working days
- Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and other major cities: 3–4 working days
- Rest of Pakistan: 4–6 working days
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are processed the next working day.
Tracking your order
You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking number by email or SMS once the parcel is handed to the courier.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready, and check the parcel in front of the rider before paying.
If something goes wrong
- Delivery attempted, nobody home: the courier tries again the next working day. After two failed attempts the parcel returns to us and we'll contact you.
- Parcel arrives damaged: refuse the delivery, or photograph it immediately and email us the same day.
- Wrong address given: contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch.
International orders
We currently ship within Pakistan only. If you're ordering from abroad, email us and we'll see what we can arrange.
