About the ostrich grain: it is pressed into genuine cowhide, not ostrich skin, and we say so here the same way we say it on the lizard grain wallet. The pattern is embossed into the hide rather than printed onto the surface, so it does not wear away, and the raised texture is what makes the panels catch the light.
